Synopsis
Prescott concludes the series by stressing the need for a personal, daily experience with the Saviour. Too many have preached the word without faith or obedience, leading to an unconverted, unsanctified state. He warns that we cannot rely on human guides who are not in close connection with God. Instead, every soul must live under the direct rays of the Sun of Righteousness, becoming a channel of light. This personal connection is the only protection against the 'specious devices of the enemy' and the 'blind leaders' who would lead us away from the narrow path of the truth. We are to feel and act as one with Christ in this critical time.
Key points
